The breakfast and the staff were exceptionally good. The location is nice however, the bus route 60 appears every hour from Spiez to interlaken.

I like the location, it is very near bus stop. Resaturant with good view. Room is big and clean.

The view was tremendous. The place is plenty big and comfortable. It is a nice little town. High value for the money. You can have a coffee on your deck with a gorgeous view.

The location of this cute chalet was ideal. The property is located down a lane next to the river in the center of town. While it's walkable to nearly everything in Interlakken, it still feels private and serene.

Large apartment with great cross ventilation, which is important on hot summer days. It was off the main street by a couple of blocks, so it was very quiet. Easy access to both the east and west train stations, though you should be ready for 10-15 minute walk to the east station Note that you should try to arrive and depart from the west train station. It's a shorter walk and more conducive to luggage with wheels. The owners were also very responsive to our request to fix a stuck door.

I recently had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've experienced in Switzerland. From the moment I arrived, the managers, Dany and Linda, offered the warmest welcome I've ever received, making me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz. A huge thank you to Dany and Linda for making my stay so special!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Swiss in Interlaken, and it was an exceptional experience. The location of this hotel is superb, situated just a 10-minute walk from the Interlaken West station. This convenience made exploring the beautiful surroundings incredibly easy. The views from the hotel are stunning, offering picturesque sights that truly capture the essence of Interlaken. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of my stay. One of the most charming aspects of Chalet Swiss is its heritage. This is a very old hotel that has been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and nostalgic feel. The blend of historical charm with modern comfort made our stay truly memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Chalet Swiss for anyone (Family and Couples) visiting Interlaken. Its prime location, beautiful views, delightful breakfast, and heritage charm make it a standout choice.

Near the station, good room view, clean, and good staff

Fantastic location next to the station. Great room plenty of space for 3 people. In reception free tea & coffee lovely when back in from a cold walk. Hotel is right in the town plenty of shops. Wonderful choice at breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough especially Doreen on reception plenty of knowledge of the area. Great help when planning our day. Thomas also on reception had a problem with the TV sorted out within minutes. Everything we asked was dealt with kindness and politeness.
