Very nice, fairly new family hotel with excellent amenities and facilities for the price. Kids play area, a good restaurant, very nice staff and clean rooms with a touch of special design. The kids and we loved it.

We stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialties and offers free WiFi in all rooms.

Had a very pleasant stay. We checked in late and over-slept in the next morning, and the staff was kind enough to call us before breakfast service ends so we wouldn’t miss it. Great hospitality and friendly people. Would stay here again!

Super friendly staff who really made an extra effort, even if we only stayed for one night. Clean, comfortable room, nice big terrace for dinner, EV charging point reserved for us. Nice location for walks.

1. The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk) 2. A fantastic hotel and restaurant. The room was, as advertised, "Alpenchic". Very tastefully decorated and appointed with all the amenities. A functional bathroom with an extra large sink and a wonderful shower. Quiet room with a balcony on the back side, away from traffic. Excellent wifi. Staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding.
