I was impressed by the staff in the hotel. Everybody was very helpful and nice and well-mannered. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach, and the bus stop is near the hotel.

All staff, especially the Manager Eduardo and the front desk agent Ona who are exceptional,were professional and efficient. The room and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is a good place to start and finish your day.

We enjoyed the vacation thanks to the staff, they are professional and always open to support. The view from our room was amazing 🤩

Everything was remarkably clean and tidy. Easy to find location in the center of Alicante, extremely friendly staff which upgraded us to a larger suite because there were vacancies in the hotel.

Great hotel, near the city center. The staff was great, helpful and kind. Across the bus and train station, which is the great plus. The room was comfortable, bathroom nice with new towels every day. Room cleaned every day. Great breakfast! It would be great to come again.
