Location was excellent - close to good restaurants, shops and tourist sites. The hosts were lovely helpful people who are professionals in hotel management in which was reflected in the quality of the amenities. Rooms were not large but super clean and well outfitted, having been recently completely renovated The size of room should not impact your stay because there is so much to do outside during the day.

This renovated, 19th-century mansion sits in the residential area of Saint-Servan, right at the mouth of the Rance River just 1312 feet from the beach.

Very clean and comfortable room. I arrived later than expected due to travel delays, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Also, the breakfast was excellent!
