Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this pretty house of 120 m² has all the amenities that allow you to spend a pleasant stay with your family. Located in the centre of Dinard, in the heart of the market district, this house has been completely renovated to provide you with excellent comfort. Linen is provided and the beds are made, all you have to do is leave your bags. Wifi and garage included. On the ground floor you will find a tastefully decorated dining room and TV room. This room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a back kitchen with washing machines, tumble dryer. Access to the garden through a large bay window from the living room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with two pull-out beds which can be used as an office.
