The owner is super nice and welcoming. Really pretty room and nice extras - a small refrigerator, selection of biscuits, teas and coffee. The location is nice - close to beaches and downtown Newquay. Parking was nice out front. It is easy to come and go, and the host lives on the property in the back, so if you need anything (we did not), they are right there. We would stay there again.

I had injured my back, and they upgraded me to a triple room on the first floor so that I didn't need to climb a second set of stairs. The room, including bathroom, was spotless. The bath sheets were a bonus.
