Breakers sits in a quiet location, is warm and friendly and has fantastic views across the golf course towards Fistral Beach. We are dog friendly and are perfectly situated for walks on the beach or heading to the shops or pubs in town. We are also near to all the major road, bus or rail links if you fancy exploring other parts of Cornwall. There is a lovely green area opposite which can be used for parking (and is free November - April) if you can't find anywhere to park outside the front of the house. The rooms range from twins, doubles, quads (bunkbeds) and a large family room with amazing views, most are en-suite. We have a communal lounge where you can relax, watch TV, buy a drink from our bar. Surfers can use our storage facilities for their equipment at no extra charge. Out the front there is a patio area where you can sit and enjoy the sun and views in peace and quiet.

Situated just a five minute walk from the town centre in a quiet street with a large grass area opposite which is also a car park. The property overlooks Newquay golf course and the famous Fistral beach. The Gannel estuary is a short stroll away where on low tide you can walk across to get to Crantock village and beach.
