Wonderful staff, not much English though but communication with translator worked well. Very family friendly. On site onsen & sauna. Separate room with manga books, late night noodles and ramen, free ice cream. All day coffee in the lobby. Good breakfast buffet (western & Japanese items). Laundry facilities with free washers/paid dryers. Across the street from train station and only one stop (11 minutes) to Nagoya on Shinkansen. Small quiet commuter town

This hotel is truly a gem. The free breakfast and dinner were constant daily bonuses, the onsen was awesome, the reception desk, maintenance,food servers, and housekeepers were efficient and courteous professionals, parking was easily accessed and the hotel gave us a discount coupon for the Izakaya located next door. The room is a standard Japanese hotel room. Too small for American standards but large, clean, efficient, and safe for Japan. The price: well worth it!

everything was good... Friendly staff member. Help desk members helped me call a taxi. I don't speak Japanese., even though our communication was good, but there tried their best to understand me and help

Great location, very nice staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast.. vending machine, microwave, washing machine available. I was very happy with everything!

The hotel is near the train station, really convenient and also a convenience store also close by. The breakfast was really delicious.
