Clean apartment at a convenient location. Easy check in and kind staff. Bus and tram station close by. Overall, quite a good place for a decent price.

I booked a room in this wonderful hotel during the Pokemon Go Wild Area Event held in Nagasaki. The room that I got is nice and clean. It has a comfortable bed and plump pillows. The heating is sufficient during the cold season. The bathroom and toilet is spotlessly clean. It is a 2-minute walk to Nagasaki Station and its shopping malls, it’s also right in front of a tram station. Everything is within reach, from convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, and pharmacies. But most importantly, the hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi while sorting through Japanese currency to pay the driver and the hotel staff that are in the reception at 5-6PM (I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of these two gentlemen who helped me) did everything possible to help me locate the taxi where I left my phone– from calling the police station, to calling the taxi companies, to trying to locate the taxi through the plate number I gave until the kind taxi driver himself showed up in the hotel lobby to return my phone, I cannot thank these kind gentlemen enough. It made my trip to Nagasaki truly special and unforgettable. Overall an amazing experience, and I will gladly visit and book here again.

Even the triple room was a bit tidy for my dad in a wheelchair it was still manageable and the staff were very nice offering any additional help

Room was really clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was great. We were greeted very warmly by the helpful parking staff and front desk. Breakfast was fantastic - a good variety, all freshly prepared. WiFi fast and easy to access.

I always love the complimentary yakult, popsicle and ramen

The room has a lot of hangars and hooks which was a godsend for me. It had free VOD movies so I had the option of relaxing at night in my room watching western movies in English. Their Coin Laundry service was inside the building and their dryer actually dried my clothes completely. The room was also very quiet since you can turn off the fridge which was great for a light sleeper like me.

Everything is perfect, staff are very helpful. Nice bath and nice room too.

Very helpful people at reception. Especially one member of staff in particular who spoke excellent English. He was able to help us with changing our plans because of the typhoon in central Japan.

Overall, it was perfect. Amenities were provided freely.

100% reco! I never stay in hostels. I got a double Room for myself as my friend wanted to save money and stay in a hostel dorm. My room and the whole experience was better than many hotels I’ve stayed at in the past 💕

Great location near train and bus station

The staff are very polite and professional. We were late for breakfast which had plenty of choices and the staff waited for us to finish. My husband got lost amongst the rooms and a cleaning lady led him all the way to our room. The changing room is big enough and well facilitated for bathing with a lot of choice of shampoo. There is the Nagasaki city view from the public bath. The Sky Cafe has a very nice night view of Nagasaki. We had dinner there and were very enjoyable. It's a short drive from the carpark of Slope Car of Inasayama. All these impressed me.

The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. They even helped me when my car’s battery die even though it was snowing. I can’t say enough about all of the staff. Dinner was delicious with an amazing view. Recommend it 100%.

the location was excellent. I got to see a parade right outside the door and it was also located next to a restaurant that had really great food. It is only a block away from the streetcar system that is very easy to use. It is also centrally located to all of the main tourist attractions.

We are bicyclists. They did not have a spot for bicycles but directed me to a garage that only takes bicycles for 100 yen a day. The motel overlooks the peace park. Plenty of restaurants. Easy ride from motel to ferries.

Super convenient location - 5 mins from Nagasaki JR station and tram. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Modern clean and comfortable room - great for a family as had 4 beds. Was also a bonus to find a free washing machine and drier.

The staff at the counter were just so friendly and warm. Words are not really needed. You can tell by their energy how they are pleased to have you there. Even the lady who was cleaning my room was also very nice. I really felt protected and welcomed here. And to add to that was the excellence of my room. It was just the right size to feel rested. It was very quiet and felt homey.

The hotel has fantastic views of Nagasaki's skyline and a very friendly staff. Our room had traditional tatami flooring with modern conveniences and plenty of room for all four of us. The on-site public bath was a nice bonus.

Very good location—close to train and bus and street car. Clean and friendly, no frills. Would certainly stay here again.

I enjoyed leaving - and the property had a good view.
