Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough. CanadaI loved that we had clothes to wear and slippers. I really loved that it was so clean and the rooms smell good! The complimentary ramen, ice cream and yogurt were really a good addition! The ramen tasted amazing! I also enjoyed the onsen and the outdoor onsen. It's so clean and regulated. I will definitely book in Dormy Inns next time! I was just recommended by my brother. THe service was also very exceptional!

Standard typically efficient APA Hotel. Next to the Station. A bit of street noise/ music can be heard but nothing really to be bothered about, after all it is a central location. Had my luggage delivered by Yamato from Yamagata. Hotel staff were very professional in keeping it for me .

The breakfast is abundant with choices by Japanese standards. It's very authentic local food. Having stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, and this is really the best compared in any measure. The staff is super nice and courteous. The clean crew really pays attention. I have a small blanket. They always fold it nicely. The room has everything you need, and the location is fantastic. it is on the east side of the train station, not too crowded compared to the west side, but easy access to all the shops and food places.
