Great location and very friendly, attentive stuff

The hotel was close to The Centro (El callejon del beso, Mercado Hidalgo, etc.)

It has a great location, just go downstairs into the center. Lots of shops around and people walking aroud. Very close to the Mercado Hidalgo. and just walk to past Hidalgo market towards callejon del beso.

Loved the decor. It was exactly the place we were looking for.

The rooms were clean and with enough space for comfort. The bathroom of the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. In general the property is comfortable and welcoming.

Very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Centrally located - everything walking distance. I loved getting my morning coffee up the street and my pan dulce & fresh OJ down the street. Just a few feet away.

Very close to down town location

The rooms are basic but clean and there are extra touches that one doesn't usually get in a budget place, like extra towels, a wash cloth, and a bath mat. And ironing board and iron. A hairdryer. Little things like that make a difference. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly, the owner was a great communicator, very responsive, and sent videos to explain the check in process. I really liked the electronic key, it worked well and it was easy to get in to the building once we had the key. The place was quiet at night; even though it was in a busy area with nightlife our rest was not disturbed.

Excellent water pressure with hot water available. The bathroom also comes with a makeup mirror. Room did not have AC/heater unit, but we did not need it. I do not know if it because of how they build the hotel, but even on the hottest days we came back to the hotel for a nice cool off in the room. They provide an extra blanket in the closet and have fast WIFI.

I like that it was at 7 min. walking from the center, and the attention that paola give to is, because all the time that we stay in the hotel, she was on the look out for any question we have.
