Nice old fashion hotel, remodeling but still nice also the breakfast is sooopo nice and tasty I’m happy plus

One block from the Zocalo and two blocks from the Marina. Great location. Lots of restaurants in the area. I love a balcony looking out to the sea.

Excellent location and close to the beach!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, but the staff was very helpful to try and give us a room to change because we had a wedding on this day. Once the rest of the staff arrived, they started working on an empty room, by the time we were done eating they were giving us the keys! Thank you very much!!! We really appreciated it.

I like the location it was close to everything, there was a steakhouse close by name El Asador which served the best top sirloin and great margaritas. The receptionist was great, she accommodated everything to assist me with giving me downstairs room and with the taxis

I was pleased with the front office staff who gave us the key to our rooms. They were very nice, friendly, polite, and PROFESSIONAL. I liked the comfortable beds, room, and the amenities. Our cleaning lady was friendly and sweet and she made sure to leave our room spotless every day. The security guards were also very friendly and polite, they always said hello, good morning or good night, or how was your competition, it was a pleasure to greet them, and they always had nice smiles. My father, my friends, and I stayed for five nights. We were near the Complejo Acuático Leyes De Reforma, where we were participating in the Campeonato Nacional Master de Natación. We could not use the shuttle since we had to reserve it a day before. We all had to use Uber or taxis. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from the hotel's amazing ocean view.

Very very clean. Recently remodeled and sparkling. Reasonable rates. Very friendly and efficient staff. Not that far from the beaches and the ocean front boulevard. About one mile to zócalo or main square. Buses all along the boulevard to zócalo or city centre. Don't offer breakfast but still good value. Quiet street. Ice cold ac, plenty of hot water with excellent pressure. Solo traveler, stayed in room 102. Thumbs up.

The staff members were very kind, respectful and friendly! The rooms were clean daily and one of the best features was that they locked the main front doors at night and only people staying there would have access in. Giving it a safe atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.
