It was excellent, the staff was pretty helpful and kind

We are really thankful. The staff was really nice. Especially Rafaela and Raúl bothe of them very helpful and proactive to gave good tips to see places. The location is right next to the CAPU, which is the Central Bus Station. At the station, they have ATM, food and drinks, pharmacy, and money exchange. The breakfast was really good, buffet and with a lot of variety. For sure I will come back Thank you

The facilities are good for this price and free breakfast included much more than we expected! The ladies who work in the restaurant are amazing and you can feel that they like what they do if you just see the meals they prepare. Even a simple breakfast that consisted of a toast with jam and some fruit looked very delicious.

The hotel is super clean . It’s very centric and you’re close to a lot of restaurants and the church . The customer service 10/10 . I would definitely go back to Royalty .

Thoroughly enjoyed the old colonial building. Dining in the covered courtyard was excellent. Tasteful, well presented meals, friendly staff. Many of the dining patrons were local families, as well as foreigners. Especially enjoyed our balcony view of the pedestrian street below and the views of the nearby churches and El Popo from the roof garden. Located in the colonial part of town just a block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Nearby El Parián artisan markets and the artists colony were fun to browse., as well as the small vendors set up in the street below for the Day of the Virgin de Guadalupe. Our gracious host Gerardo spoke English better than our Spanish and was a great help. I stayed there with my family in the '60's, and look forward to staying again in the hopefully not too distant future. Am sharing an old family photo, balcony view from 1948, same intersection as our balcony photo, now with trees.

I loved the location, the ambiance, the cleanliness. The games at the lobby and the breakfast was a nice surprise

The room was very comfy and clean! Breakfast was included and very delicious, we had chilaquiles and beans, fruit. yogurt, we are definitely coming back to this hotel, it's affordable and the staff was very helpful

This is a great value hotel in the perfect location. My room was super clean and comfortable and quite spacious. Being just a block and a half from the zócalo made it a great location for exploring this beautiful city. Having free juice, coffee and pastries in the morning was a nice added bonus. This is definitely a place I'll be back to on my next trip to Puebla.

Nice old courtyard. Big, quiet room with a fun layout, many lighting options and a huge bed. Very convenient location.
