Quiet, Clean, Good Value. Easy access to SM mall though pathway is about 20 meters of narrow step stone brick path between shack and fence (typical for the PI and only for the able bodied). Room opens to a hallway so minimal natural light. Hotel is located on a back dead end street so absolutely no traffic noise. Room is clean, bedding is excellent. Cold air conditioning. Good refrigerator.

Real hotel feeling. Nice warm shower! Room is well equipped, got towel + tooth brush soap etc. Very good wifi. Breakfast was nice and started at 6:30. Come before as there can be queue
