The receptionist who assisted me during my check in was exceptional and accommodating.

Clean, very tidy hotel in a great location. Only a bit hard to walk from the airport, but otherwise perfect hotel.

Ambience,cleanliness of rooms and the very helpful and accommodating staff from the always smiling receptionist,bellboys, maintenance men and the room cleaners,who will work out of their way just to satisfy each and every guest,that their stay would not only become comfortable but a memorable one,even the security personnel were so polite and very attentive.from the lobby to the basement guards, were basically doing everything just to feel that they were there to cover your back for any eventuality,you feel that they are not just for the service of the hotel but for the safety and security of each and every paying guest.And this I gave the highest regard for such an impeccable room service,security and safety not just for some but for all tenants...Continue on and strive to be more in tune with the positive outlook and this hotel will reach greater height above over and beyond PERFECTION...

They are very kind in welcoming and also upgraded my rooms before asking which was nice of them. the premises is very clean and is accessible to several business centers including the entrance to the mall in the same 4th floor.

it is in edsa so less hassle travelling, check in was fast

We love the hotel, the rooms. It’s for family. It is our get to Hotel when we are in quiapo for an event.

There was a great deal for this hotel at Booking.com, but the rating was very low. I looked into it some more. There was only one review, and one person's opinion won't sway me. I might even give them a good review for my stay to boost their rating. The hotel was just off Plaza Sta Cruz and the Chinatown Arch. A block further is the LRT Carriedo station. And strolling around Sta Cruz you find all kinds of hard-to-find things like replacement parts, clothes, and the list goes on. Sta Cruz church is right on the plaza with a good mass and confession schedule. Nearby is Quiapo Church with hourly masses daily, and many more shrines and basilicas in the area. You're also a moderate walking distance to Intramuros, passing through Escolta, the shopping capital of the good old days, or the beautified river walk. I booked and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a 24-hour cafe downstairs. There was one elevator that worked well. The hallways and room were clean. The room was spacious. The A/C and hot water heater worked well. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the linen was good, with a provided quilted blanket.

Very accomodating staff and great location especially on what we wanted to do. The booking is worth the price.

The room was clean and they provided us with 2 bottled water upon check in. There are towels , soap, shampoo and toothbrush with toothpaste. The staff are nice and polite.
