I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made me feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with patience and a sincere smile. Her warm attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression and continued throughout my stay. Thanks to the excellent hospitality of the staff, I left the hotel feeling very happy and well taken care of. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience!

The breakfast was excellent, cooked on site, no powdered eggs! Ginger shots were excellent. The pub for dinner was an unexpected delight. Good food, which is nice as there are limited options nearby. The staff was uniformly excellent and had no issues communicating with them in English. The room was clean, had a usable shower, shelf space in the bathroom which can be hard to come by in Scandinavia. Pricing was great as well.
