We LOVED our stay at Zerzevan Hotel! What a jewel in the city of Mardin. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! We could only stay one night and wish we could stay much longer. If this place is available when you are visiting Mardin, book it! It is small so it is personal, quaint, and so lovely.

I booked the hotel for my mother, and her friend. The lady in the reception, Zubeyde, was so helpful, incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. It was my mother's first trip without me, since I was abroad, she had to handle everything by herself. She was never alone and truly felt like friends with Zubeyde by the end of our trip. The hotel was very comfortable, and we felt completely at home. Thank you so much for taking care of my family. Highly recommended.!
