The cleanness, the staff, I had a roll in shower, the kitchen.

I've stayed at this location many times for work, and I must say, the rooms are always VERY CLEAN, quiet and cozy! The parking this time around was a little tight, due to it being so busy. However, the staff at the front desk has ALWAYS displayed exceptional customer service. Thank you to everyone at the Courtyard BWI for always making me feel welcomed!

The view of the place. The peaceful mornings. The amazing breakfast. How friendly everyone was. They had church in the hotel. CHURCH!!! The coffee was awesome! The smell was fresh. And overall MY ROOM WAS PERFECT!!!

I loved the proximity to Harris Teeter. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional!

The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. Very polite and would recommend this hotel. I stayed for 28 days and had to leave for 24 hours that was frustrating cause am coming back the next day lost our home on fire and literally was hard to pack and find a hotel that was close to the Red roof inn on elkridge landing rd. That's all I would say was hard

Clean, nice staff, rooms were decent small but decent and clean which is all that matters, and just overall nice hotel.

Although the places is under renovation everywhere else was clean and the staff was great. It is only 10 minutes from the university.

Modern very clean and fresh smelling. Helpful staff comfortable beds. Large size bathroom toiletries dispensers. Breakfast was delicious. Large indoor pool that my son loved. This will be my go to hotel when visiting the area!

The customer service was top notch! Kanesha at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I was staying because of a cancelled flight due to a snowstorm. The situation was not ideal, but this hotel was a wonderful place to rest and relax while waiting out the storm. The gym was well equipped, the breakfast was really high quality, including cage free eggs and organic options. I would recommend this place for sure. 10/10!

Quiet,affordable , & close to baltimore!
