Location was great. The morning staff was very helpful & understanding.

The staff were very nice and cooperative. They accommodated my request for a late checkout. The breakfast was excellent with good choices. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room has a coffee maker and microwave. The free WiFi was very fast. Uber cars are available within few minutes.

The beds were comfortable, very roomy, shower had great water pressure and hot, breakfast was really good.

Consistent met all my needs and left me with no concerns

High end feel with very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room. Nice lighting, fixtures and furniture makes it feel like an upscale hotel. Spacious bathroom and shower and very quiet. Really appreciated the cleaning staff didn't keep knocking on the door before checkout time.

I was up all night at the hospital with my mother and went over wanted to check in at 9 am and they let me so I could get a couple hrs of sleep and go back to the hospital. Very clean , very friendly young man checked me in .. had cameras outside. I felt very safe .

This was my second stay at Kozy, and just like the first time it was great. My room was clean, shower pressure was great and temperature was hot. The lobby smells amazing, and all of the staff are professional and attentive. I really loved everything about it. If I ever needed to have another extended vacation in Houston, I will choose this hotel over any no matter the distance.
