Stayed at this property recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. Staff were polite and responsive whenever assistance was needed.

We chose this hotel mainly because it seemed convenient for dining and getting around. What stood out after arrival was how spotless and welcoming the property felt. The room was comfortable, well-prepared, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Sapa. Having an on-site restaurant was a real bonus, offering a great selection of food and drinks without needing to leave the hotel. The staff were always approachable and gave us helpful advice on places to visit.

Everything about it, Hospitality, cleanliness, calm, internet speed, the staff was so kind, great restaurant, there are no words to describe or the beautiful experience that I tried with them. I can only thank them for this beautiful experience.

The hotel has a very beautiful view, a clean room, fragrant and very well-groomed. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The food is so niceee. Breakfast has a lot of dishes for you to choose. The flavor of all so great! Btw the hotel has a very cute Sushi dog ;))) I will definitely return to Sapa Yen next time!

Its very near to the sapa station, near convenient store, food places, they have restorant at the first floor and you should try the pizza beside the hotel.
