What a wonderful place. The bungalows were clean, comfortable, and charming, and the place is run by a lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast in the morning is delicious and home-cooked! If you plan to be out after 11pm, communicate with the staff because they lock the gate in the evening — they will kindly accommodate later arrivals, but it’s helpful to be in touch. Absolutely amazing owners and value! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, even letting me borrow their motorbike when I ended up being in a tight spot and needed help! The property was also incredibly clean, and the room had every accommodation I needed.

It was on a nice quiet location next to the river. The room itself was spacious, very comfy beds and working hot water. The host speaks good English and helps everything you need. They also provide free bicycle and a motorbike rental service to explore Hoi an. The breakfast was also more as ok, besides western breakfast they also have Vietnamese food on the menu.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff in particularly were amazing - friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist with anything you needed. Surprised me with a cake on my birthday which was very kind. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs or noodle soup also available. A few minutes’ walk to the old town and about 15 to the Hoi An Memories show. And you can pay by card without a fee. Would definitely stay here again.
