The room itself was spacious, very comfy beds and working hot water.
The host speaks good English and helps everything you need.
They also provide free bicycle and a motorbike rental service to explore Hoi an.
The breakfast was also more as ok, besides western breakfast they also have Vietnamese food on the menu.

AustraliaHad a wonderful stay here. The staff in particularly were amazing - friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist with anything you needed. Surprised me with a cake on my birthday which was very kind. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs or noodle soup also available. A few minutes’ walk to the old town and about 15 to the Hoi An Memories show. And you can pay by card without a fee. Would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous hotel, tucked away on a very quiet Hoi A side street, but just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the night market, the river and the town centre. For a budget hotel, it oozes quality, very cool comfortable rooms, with high quality fittings and bathrooms. The staff are incredibly helpful, Ms Duong arranged a very reasonable transfer from the hotel to Da Nang Train Station. It was at a lower cost than Grab. Ms Duong is a very lovely lady, very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect and the rooms were very spacious. The bed was also comfortable and the hotel provided a laundry and bike rental service which was great. The staff were very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Large TV with Netflix access. It was a budget friendly stay

First of all the owner Lee is very kind and helpful with everything. He organized pick up service for the airport and trips around and in Hoi An that were very nice ! The room was clean and comfortable ! The location is 5 minutes from the city center but still in a very quiet alley which was perfect ! Definitely recommend coming here :)

room was large and comfortable. huge bathroom and shower. good location just away from busy city centre but close enough to walk or ride (just what we needed after the craziness of Hanoi). pool was lovely (get room 101 and it is like your own personal pool) good breakfast to get you going. great value for money.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to arrange my transfer from Da Nang very quickly. They also suggested many useful tips and location for my exploration of the city. I also like the breakfast options. The area is quiet yet very accessible, you can walk to the city center by foot or use Grab or free bicycle. You can also get to the beach very quickly. Would definetely recommend it to my friends!

The room is very spacious, if you are travelling with a group of 3-4 people you will move freely around the room. The breakfast options are limited but all we got was really great, the fruit is amazing you can tell the ladies pick it up fresh from the market in the morning. Attentive staff and super friendly owner. Location is good too, way more peaceful than Hoi An city centre but only a 10-minute Grab ride away (never paid more than 1.4€ per way).

We liked everything! It exceeded our expectations. The hotel is 3 stars but in many things they act like 5 stars. The management and staff have an eye for detail and we hope they continue like that.
Just some of the plusses: the swimming pool has both sun (if you like) and shade (our preference), it’s just a few steps away from the Old Town and breakfast buffet is served with a variety of local and international dishes. We received a very warm welcome and we would definitely love to come back.

The location is perfect, close to the rice fields and between the beach and the busy center. Ideal to escape the crowds.
Staff is super friendly and helpful! You can rent bikes for free or a motorcycle (this one for a good price). Highly recommend it!

Location is good, only 10 min walk from city center. Breakfast was very good, lots of food choices. Room is really big and spacious. The area around the bar and the pool is excellent and the prices of beer in the bar are reasonable.

3 stars resort, but 5 stars staff. Friendly staff and a lot of smiles are the highlight of my stay :) it has been 3 weeks I am here (got very good deal when i book this hotel). My favorite is the pool where you can watch the sunset. The rooms are cozy, not too big but enough. Nice long table for work and put stuff, internet is fast and stable. Hot shower works well.
