The view was amazing, and the staff as well. I was unfortunately sick before I arrived and stayed there to get better, the staff was super nice and even brought be some free hot ginger tea to get better. We also really liked the room. It's very clean and close to the Besakih temple. The village nearby is also nice to see with the small local market. Atmosphere was very calm and peaceful and it was very nice to have the possibility to have breakfast onsite :)

The food here is a bit Western, especially for us Asians. It's lacking spiciness and deep flavors, but it's still tasty. The pool is large and comfortable, especially the small pool outside the Japan villa accommodation. In the afternoon, around noon, the pool is shaded from direct sunlight, so it stays cool. However, with such a beautiful sea, as a scuba diver, I'd rather jump into the ocean to get wet. The breakfast offers a few options, mostly Western-style and delicious, but after staying for many days, it gets a bit repetitive. I do miss Asian-style breakfasts.

With Goa Gajah reachable in 19 miles, Subak Tabola Villa offers accommodations, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness center, and a garden.

An excellent, serene resort with various villas in a large, exquisite garden, overlooking a valley. The rooms were very good with a covered, spacious, outside bathroom, in which, to our surprise, they had prepared a welcoming floral bath for us. The staff was very kind and supportive. A shuttle was available to take us further up the area. Various complimentary and optional activities were available. Sidemen is beautiful, we had lovely encounters with the local people.

The property is stunning! This is my second time staying here and we wish we could have stayed longer. The food was great, staff were super friendly and kind, everything was totally perfect. The room has a really cute balcony where you can watch the sunset or sip your coffee early in the morning. Bed was comfortable enough and the place was super clean and well kept. Definitely recommend:)
