My third stay here and it was great as usual. Staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is a welcome relief after a day of touring Bangkok and the rooms are modern and kept in good repair. I like the neighborhood a lot and it’s convenient to a variety of restaurants, attractions and good massage places. I can easily walk to the Grand Palace, Wat Po and the riverfront. The MRT is a 15 minute walk as well.

Excellent staff. Incredibly friendly and very helpful. It is not fake or performative, the people that work here are the best and very warm. The hotel rooms are very Clean. The airco was good, and beds are comfortable for a good night sleep. Felt very at home, and the shower was very good and great water pressure.

Everything is just not great but superb! The staff is so friendly and welcoming you can not imagine the provided gift to kids, free water bottles and free laundry they also guided taxi drivers. The Bangkok Saran is in a great location! It's on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and the Chao Phraya river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was delicious!

Very accommodating hotel. Offers breakfast and access to shower even before checkin and after check-out. After check out, they'll even give you a "parting gift" (some snacks), which was very thoughtful. Food buffet was amazing. I seems it has everything for everybody. Loved the thai milk tea! Close to train BTS Asok and Sukhumvit stations. There is a backdoor entrance from an adjacent building's parking lot making it 5min walking distance from Sukhumvit station versus 15min if taking the main entrance. Make sure to confirm this in advance with the staff, especially if you are planning to go by train.
