Nice room with everything needed (fridge, hair dryer etc.) Towels are changed every day. Awesome, kind personal. It’s possible to ask an umbrella when it’s raining. Good location - close to metro station.

BREAKFAST WAS INCREDIBLE!!! BEST BREAKFAST IN JAPAN!! Delicious noodles, meatballs, rolls with walnuts and raisins in them, soup, rice, animals, yellow and glow in the dark foods, condiments, coffee, many teas, what more could you want? Comfy lounge, can sit in it all day. Very nice staff, great coffee. Absolutely loved this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access nearby railway station. The breakfast was excellent — a great opportunity to try typical Japanese dishes, and everything was delicious. The room was clean, tidy, and more spacious than I expected. The hotel was also very thoughtful, replacing towels daily which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

Friendly, clean, comfortable, convenient location.

The staff was extremely helpfull, even the staff with lesser english knowledge went above and beyond to help us with any inquiries. Breakfast is a small buffet style that changed some components daily, Curry, Miso, Riceballs and some eggs were staples.

Very accessible to train stations, restaurants, convenient stores, shops, World Expo Osaka and etc. Staffs are very courteous and friendly. The hotel’s foods are so good. There’s a laundry in the hotel, very convenient. No need to go out of the hotel to drop it in the coin laundry especially during rainy days

Great location, close to the subway station and Dotonbori. The room was nice. There is coffee and amenities on the first floor. The bed is very comfortable.

The rice ball, Onigiri is handmade and many types. They prepared three different soups as well!

Very friendly personnel that will help out with anything you need! Downstairs are little extras you can take if you need them, like toothbrushes, razors, etc. the location is great, with a subway right next door, as well as plenty of supermarkets in the neighborhood!
