Everything is very clean and tidy. The kimono rental service was fantastic, they arranged everything for me and managed the return to the store as well. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who wants to wear a kimono in kyoto

Very convenient location, it is a plus advantage! Staff are willing to help but language is ordinary but using translation to help, it works but time consuming . Breakfast is fair varieties.

Everything was good. Nice room with sensible amenities. Good breakfast. Efficient, helpful staff. There’s a supermarket around the corner - very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I return to Otsu.
