Space, cleanliness, great location

It’s not a Hotel it’s a Home. Clean, comfortable and quiet THREE bedrooms home with everything I needed.

Amazing amount of space and location along the lake was fantastic. However needs A LOT OF MAINTENANCE for the most basic items (also be nice to have coffee/tea of the basic kitchen necessities).

We were a large family group, ranging from 70 to 2 years of age and we all loved the house. It had everything we needed and was a beautifully furnished, comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean home in a great location. We particularly liked the welcome packs throughout the home and the fact that there were even a couple of age appropriate toys and books for the children to use. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and informative. We all had a wonderful time.

It suited our situation of having 4 teenage boys and two dogs. There was plenty of room, the pool was used constantly, the dogs ran around the yard. It was functional and allowed us to settle in quickly. The dining table was big enough for a game of Axis and Allies over three days. They could play pool, read a book, run with the dogs and just be kids.

Absolutely gorgeous house and location. Perfect for a trip away with the families! It was clean, well equipped with toys and amenities. The spa was preheated for us too. And the property managers were so kind and understanding when one of our cars broke down. We would definitely stay here again with our kids. Perfect spot with a playground, trampoline and veggie garden for the kids to explore. Honestly does not feel like you’re in Cranbourne at all, moreso a secluded tranquil farm! Loved it!
