Villas in Cahuita

We loved our villa, the pool, the owners and staff, the wildlife - during our stay we saw toucans, iguanas, agouti and sloths. It was a perfect place to end our Costa Rican trip.

La Lola is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was super clean and new, the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, with extremely comfortable beds, blackout curtains and A/C. It was magical being surrounded by the jungle, we got to see monkeys and toucans in the trees while hanging out in the pool. It’s completely secluded, yet in a very convenient location. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away from the house. Our kids took a surf class while my husband and I drank margaritas at one of the beachside restaurants. I highly recommend the house and the entire experience. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again.

The house and the property are spacious and roomy. Nice garden around the house. A lot of nature. There is a nest on the back and i also saw a mom and baby Guatusa, a Slot and a monkey.

Charming, beautiful and serene. Loved the proximity to town ( not too close but east by foot or bike) Very laid back. Not 100% manicured grounds but quite lovely. Excellent seaside deck.

Communication was great. They even connected us with a local snorkeling guide.the property was nice with lots of wildlife to be seen. We loved the outdoor kitchen and eating area it was a quick walk to stores, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was in good working order and clean. Thanks.

We loved staying in this incredible jungle hideout! It's in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by rainforest. We got to see so many animals just right outside our door. Our host was wonderful and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. This was my favorite place we stayed on our costa rica trip!

Our time at Jungle Spirit was so incredible. Nothing compares. You feel completely disconnected from the world and part of the nature around. The Jungle sounds at night lulls you to sleep and you feel rejuvenated in the mornings. The Jurassic Park style gate that greets you really conveys the feeling your about to live something magical. Tom and Hadas are super hosts and clearly passionate about what they are creating. Every detail radiates their passion.

The property is beautiful. And, it’s bigger than it appears in the photos. The house has large glass windows that ca be opened for a great breeze, the rooms and bathrooms nicely done and offer a great view with privacy. The kitchen is fully functional, with loads of appliances and kitchenware. The bungalow is a perfect spot for extra guests. And the pool! The pool makes this property special.

The house is right across the street from a beautiful black sand beach. Bedrooms had air conditioning. Open air living areas helped bring in the sights and sounds of nature. Yoshi helped us check-in and answered all our questions, gave us recommendations for taxis and dining, and was easily accessible via WhatsApp.

Location was secluded and peaceful but only 5 minutes from Cahuita. It was great.
