Villas in Valencia

We had a great family time in this house, especially my parents are visiting us.This property is so so so spacious and spotless!! The facilities inside are pretty good.It’s very convenient for family with free parking.

We loved everything, the location, the place, the gardens. Had lots of kitchen items. The room surrounded by windows was fantastic to hang out and see the gardens and it's really warm on a cold day when the sun is out. The gardens have lots of areas to hang out as well and a grill and a fire pit. Everything was beautifully decorated. We stayed for a week and I could live there forever. It's away from the city and so private. The only thing to be aware of is that it's hard to find on Google maps, you drive up a dirt, gravel road and you think this can't be right, but it is! There is a chain lock on the gate, that you have to open and close each time. David and Manuel are nice hosts. They care about their property and it shows! I suggested a few things to incorporate, for instance a welcome letter with info, in case you forget what they tell you.

Amazing vibes here! Wow! What a rare find these days. So much personality and soul in this large home. Huge place with swimming pool and billiard pool table and a meditation/yoga area. Can get cold during cold months, but the wood fireplace helps a lot (especially upstairs rooms which get quite warm from the fire). Some cute (sweet and clean) cats roam the area which makes it even more homey.

Great host,amazing location and house

The townhouse was very comfortable and had plenty of room. It has nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. It was nice to have parking included (although it was tight and took time to pull out because of people parked on the street and the angle.) They had a nice bowl of fruit on the table we enjoyed.

Location was good. Close to transit and city center is walkable. Apartment had everything that a family would need for a comfortable stay.

The property was as pictures described and location was absolutely perfect. Very close to all restaurants and shopping in the old town with lots of character but on a side street so it was quiet. Plenty of space for 2 people. Comfy bed and 2 bath areas (1 with shower , sink and lighted mirror and another with a toilet, sink and mirror) which was awesome.

Excellent location, private parking inside the yard, great sea view from the terrace, equipped kitchen, big dining table, excellent wi-fi internet connection.

It’s hard to rate this place as it is a beautiful unit in a terrible location. And our host was unable to attend to the unfunctioning AC problem. The hosts were extremely kind and wanted to make sure you were happy. I think they would go above and beyond if you needed something. The unit is beautiful, out fitted well. 2 bed and 2 bath. Beautiful balcony. The hosts recognize that they are way out in the boonies and offered daily to drive us to wherever we needed to go and pick us up. We took a ride into town once but didn’t feel comfortable calling for a pickup later in the evening. While the balcony is lovely, the noise of the highway and the smell of the oil refinery make it less than relaxing. Some staples were provided and laundry soap was much appreciated. Strange lighting here, LED lighting around the entire ceilings in every room, so it’s either dark or lit up like a runway..no other lighting! Very modern. Bedding was really heavy and the second bedroom had 2 different large beds making that room quite tight to move around in. I feel badly giving this extremely poor review to this lovely couple but it was miserable. If you aren’t looking to be active or get out and the AC is working, then it would be great. Again, great lovely hosts just an unfortunate situation.

We loved how close the property was to the beach. It has a very rustic vibe with incredibly friendly neighbors. The dogs nearby do bark but we have a pitbull at home that does the same so we were not bothered. The yard is a great size with a hammock, table and chairs for games and evening meals, side area for housing off the sand from the day at the beach. The beach itself was great- not too busy and with sand (we've had a lot of experiences in Europe with rocky beaches). Most of all, we appreciated the hosts and how responsive, helpful and friendly they were.

Perfect location for Easter parades. Short walking distance to the beach. Close to buses and train station. Love the patio and open lower floor with big table and all kitchen amenities. Friendly host who wend above and beyond to help us with accomodation

The old house is nicely renovated, with hand made furniture and all the accesories needed. The quiet neighborhood has a special charm, with small houses and tiny streets. Close to tram and bus station, stores nearby, a few restaurants in the area. The host was really helpful and welcoming. We would definitely come back!
