We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Borjomi. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center, making it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and the park, while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the private garden, which gave us a great space to relax and enjoy nature in complete privacy. It really made the stay feel special and comfortable. The host was amazing, very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the whole experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Borjomi. It’s the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and tranquility.

Good views, good location, clean room.

This is an amazing apartment with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms and all facilities. 15-20 minutes walk or 3-5 minutes drive to the center. Shota, the host, is a nice person. We asked to recommend us horse riding, and he organized a perfect horse riding tour for us.

Host was great and very helpful, gave us some homemade wine and food as well. It was close to the city and there is a lot of space.

It´s a very pleasant house, tucked on the heights of Borjomi. We felt instantly at home. The house is renovated with taste and very comfortable. It is spacious and the kitchen is very well furnished, It has definitely a "home" vibe, if you´re looking for a nice place that feels personal, this place is the perfect opposite of a soulless AirBnB: It´s a home, a real one. We could not enjoy the garden because of the weather, but we appreciated the fireplace and the washer-drier was very useful. I can totally picture myself coming back with my family to this home. The host is very kind and did lot of renovation there, there is definitely a personal touch that makes all the difference, I WARMLY recommend this home, You won´t be disappointed, it was the best we had in a 3-weeks trip with lots of places.

კოტეჯი ძალიან სუფთა და კომფორტულია. პირველი სართული ისეა მოწყობილი რომ ცხელ ამინდშიც გრილა მეორეზე კი კომფორტული სითბოა. აივნიდან ძალიან ლამაზი მთების ხედები იშლება, შენობები არც კი ჩანს. ყველა საჭირო ჭურჭელი იყო, ტელევიზორიც და მიკროტალღურიც. და რაც მთავარია ძალიან სრუმართმოყვარე და გულთბილი მასპინძლები გვყავდა❤️

New house with new facilities . Heating work excellent. Even floor was warm. Host speaks very good English. Amazing view from the windows and balcony.
