Villas in Áyioi Asómatoi

The villa has a great layout. It’s very private to you can relax by the pool. We didn’t use the fireplace but it adds to the cozy country house atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and one had plenty of sheets and towels. The automatic gate is great if you come by car. We didn’t use the bbq but it seamed like it also had all necessary items to have a bbq. Plenty of nice dish ware and glasses. We liked the overall design a vibe with fireplace, spacious kitchen with a nice countertop, the big dining table and vintage draw cabinet. The outdoor space has a great layout with sunbeds, a big table and the pool had an outdoor shower. Very clean property. There’s a little grocery store 1 min. From the property with all one can need during a stay. We never met the host. They might have been busy but it would be nice to know ahead of time.

We had a great stay at this villa. It is very spacious and perfect for a large family or group. We were 8 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are arranged on two different levels, with the main living area and kitchen located on the level between them. This layout worked very well for our group and provided plenty of space and privacy. There is also an additional kitchen and living room on the lower level, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The hosts helped us arrange airport transfers and a rental car, which made our trip much easier. The children loved the swimming pool, and we really enjoyed the barbecue area. We cooked there several evenings, and the large outdoor table comfortably seated everyone. There is also a big dining table inside the house for those who prefer to eat indoors. We also appreciated the mosquito screens on all the windows. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good wardrobes and plenty of space for clothes and personal belongings. The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, so having a car is convenient, but this was not a problem for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this villa to other families and groups.

This was an oasis of kindness, feeling welcome and at home, away from home. The property is all you can imagine and more. Hosts are beyond any expectations. We loved every day of it and already we plan our holiday for next year here! Efharistume!

The property has everything you would need for short or long stay , very quiet neighborhood , clean and comfortable big sofa and beds , kitchen with everything , private parking , big balcony as well, serviceminded host and smooth and fast communication , I would come again at this place when I visit Aegina island. 💯🙏🏼

The house was close to the main village of Aegina and a quick drive to any beach. The house was big and spacious. The kitchen had what we needed and the host was quick to respond to any needs.

The house was very big and very nice with two huge yards and several places to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. Great place for kids too. Perfect for three couples or two families. Very nice bathrooms. I think it is better than the photos.

Plenty of space for the whole family(6 adults and 2 children). Wonderful scenery. Clean. Well equiped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

We made a last-minute booking and thought the price was incredible considering the size of the house. Everything was clean, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It’s a 7-minute drive from the city center, but be aware that the roads are narrow, which can be challenging for anyone planning to drive.

Clean, friendly owner, good location and nicely decorated

The location is very beautiful,in the pistachio garden. Beautiful view of the sea and beautiful sunset. Inside the house you find everything you need,fully equipped. The owner is very kind and helpful. We came especially for the celebration of Agios Nektarios and they passed right in front of the house. Big blessing. Totally recommend the place.

great host, she was always available and friendly. We had the whole little house for ourselves, very cute, in the middle of olive trees, and a lot of amenities. The location was really good, easy to walk or drive to the sea, all locations on the island were 20 minutes away with a car ride, but also not too close to the busy touristic main village so it was quiet.

Very spacious and practical Suite. Clean and quiet despite Central location. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Well done.
