Villas in Kos

Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Excellent location, very quiet, close to the sea

Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

The property was very clean , in a calm area and close to the old town by 5 min , close to the beaches by 15 min walking

Great location! Fotis came over to help us with safe as it wasn’t working. He replaced the batteries, and it was all good! He helped us with the air conditioning as well.

Everything was perfect, the studio was clean and it was so close to the center of city. We would definitely choose this place for our next holiday.

Great location in the center, minutes walk from the port. The house has 2 suites, A and B. We spent time in both, and they're both good, but we liked B better, since it's bigger with slightly better facilities, and faces a smaller street with less traffic. Eirini the host is very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is close to everything important (archeological sites, restaurants, taxi stations, city or KTEL bust stations) but it is very quiet. It is oriented to two sides for nice criss-ventilation. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is very clean and the towels have a very nice smell. We used the washing machine several times, it was very convenient to wash beach towels and clothes. The building has a very cute cat that likes to be petted. We didn't rent a car but it seemed parking wouldn't be a big problem (second half of September).

First of all, the location was right at the center, close to everywhere. Check-in was super easy and because there were no other bookings before or right after us, we could check-in quite early and leave later. The owner welcomed us in a very friendly way and with free stuff too(wine, water, sweet baked goods..)!! She gave us good tips about Kos. In the house everything was very well thought. The house was spotless clean. It was even more beautiful than the photos. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot...
