Villas in Pitsidia

Our stay at Royal Nest Villa was a great experience! Perched on top of a hill, the villa offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in front, hills all around, and tall mountains in the distance :) We loved having our coffee in the morning on the terrace and taking in the beauty all around. It's also super quiet, only the cicadas keeping us company - perfect for romantic evenings under a starlit sky The villa is modern and well distributed, with a thoughtful layout - you can really feel at home and we feel it's perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking, has everything you need, including a high-quality dishwasher. The rooms are spacious enough, with plenty of storage spaces and, most importantly, very good beds. We slept very well. The swimming pool is very well maintained, the water is cool, perfect for hot days when we were too late to catch the morning sun on the beach. You can get to Komos Beach in 5–8 minutes by car or 20 by foot. Matala Beach is also a 10 mins drive away. There is also a quiet, scenic walk to nearby Kalamaki. Konstantinos was an amazing host — very responsive, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill our requests. For us, the choice of staying here was totally worth it, we felt so lucky to catch a last minute availability and we definitely want to return.

Beautiful property, great location, excellent breakfast included at the nearby hotel. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Loved the eye for design in decor and lighting. Air conditioning in every room, worked beautifully.

The villa is in the town of Pitsidia which is a lovely town with several Tavernas, a good supermarket, a butcher and a bakery. The local area is quiet but well located to visit the popular local beaches at Matala and Kalamaki. The beds and living areas (both inside and out) are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The pool is a good size and was very clean. The villa would be very family friendly with lots of toys and play equipment for children. Communication with Monica was good and she very kindly allowed us an early check-in on our arrival day.

The house is newly renovated, located in the center of the Pitsidia village. Typically Cretan house with all the facilities included. Host, Kostas, is very friendly and supportive with all the information.

This is a wonderful home. It has a private parking space and great front and back patios. The village has great restaurants within walking distance , souvenir shops and a grocery store. The host is wonderful. His mom even baked a cake for us. We were there on Independence day and there was a parade with little children holding flags. So sweet ! The beaches are close by and the food in CRETE is amazing

Quiet, spacious accommodation (whole house) at a five-minute drive from the beach and from Matala. Very well equipped, spotless clean.
