Villas in Vourvourou

The host Peny made our stay exceptional. She was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed extra supplies for the villa or recommendations for dinner/beaches. The villas that she provides are perfect for large groups and the cleanliness is phenomenal!

- Beds and pillows are better than what we have at home - Modern appliances in the kitchen with everything you might need - The villas are decorated professionally and give you a very homey feel - Very big yard with multiple play options for kids - Nice pool, even tho not heated but generally the water was very warm - The private yard of your villa makes you feel like you are in your backyard, lots of places to sunbathe or grill you if want ( there is a professional gas grill in each of the villas )

If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!

The villa is located in a secluded area right near the beach and restaurants. The layout is great, everything was clean and new. Overall, a great experience.

Great small bungalow near the beach

Let me start by saying that I was a bit afraid that the accommodation was a scam, we could not find it on any map and there were few reviews. But the whole group was very happy with the choice we made. Beachfront, perfect location, very near to Dionysos supermarket (across the street) and Spitiko Kathara restaurant (that we also recommend) - the cottage is located on the little street right between this restaurant and Villa Vasiliadi. There is a 15 minute walk to Karidi beach. The house is cozy, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. Also, 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. We loved that there were 2 tables outside and we could enjoy the view. When it was too hot outside we used the air conditioning. The mosquito net for all doors and windows was very helpful, too. The host left us wine and a big bowl of fruit in the fridge as a welcoming gift - very appreciated. Clean location, enough tableware and cutlery for 6 people. Also, there is a washing machine available that was not mentioned in the description at the time of us making the reservation. Dedicated parking spot for 1 car. Overall, everyone in our group of 5 recommend this accommodation, we had a great time and staying!

The villa is exactly like in the pictures. So close to the beach. All facilities planned in details. The villa has everything you need from kitchen utensils till lady stuff or beach items. A wonderful patio, larg yard and 3 showers.

We liked the garden around the house, peace and quietness, a lot of nice details and paintings inside the house. Nice size of the rooms. Very nice and friendly host. Location is very good - beach, restaurants, grocery stores are 5 - 10 min from the house.

The owner was wonderful and very helpful, we had an amazing time there. The garden is big and the breakfast was good. Got a basket full of Goodies every day. Even rented a boat which is a must !

It was super clean, the kitchen was fully equiped, beds perfect for our backs :) The view at night is amazing especially with a clear sky and loved the smell of the wood house!

It is amazing that the property is isolated on the top of the hill but only short walking distance from the beach. Million dollar view. The cottage is so cozy and nicely decorated. The kitchen has it all, all that you need if you wish to cook inhouse.
