Villas in Rovinj

What a fabulous villa and location. The pool was heated and the setting was more than we could ask for. The host was accessible and a pleasure to work with. A fabulous kitchen, spacious bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. Top notch property that I will be telling my friends to consider.

Terrific atmosphere and top notch design

Villa Z6 is a true luxury retreat. The location is excellent, with easy access to Rovinj Old Town, a grocery store just down the block, and a bakery two blocks away. The amenities reflect a high-end experience, comparable to a luxury hotel. The home appears recently renovated, featuring high ceilings, elegant drapery, and refined finishes throughout. The beds are outfitted with crisp white linens, complemented by high-quality white towels and thoughtful details like wooden hangers. The Miele coffee machine stands out—even for non-coffee drinkers. It may seem intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it, it quickly becomes a highlight of the stay. Strongly recommended.

Great location for visiting Rovinj. Close enough to walk, but far enough away to feel secluded and quiet. Vlad was a great host! The kids loved the pool and game room!

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of town leading onto a beautiful paved street within walking distance of the beaches, the forest park, the ferry, the bus station.

This house in Rovinj was very modern and clean, while being in a historic building in the heart of the old town! The location was incredible for access to everything in Rovinj. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Our host gave really thorough instructions and was very responsive. We will stay here again if we are lucky enough to go back to Rovinj!

Location was great. The shuttle from the reserved parking area was a huge help. It was very comfortable for the whole family to have their own bed. The 2 full bathrooms were also very useful.

Parking was great! The location was perfect walking distance to town and the house was well heated!

The room is super clean, with spacious beautiful bathroom. Nice TV setup too. Sheets, linen and towels are all 5 stars grade. The host is friendly generous and helpful. Bravo

This was a great place to stay! Very close to many attractions, Old Town Rovinj, restaurants, and Mulini Beach. The host was very responsive and provided some great restaurant recommendations. We also made a couple meals in the tiny kitchen and had everything that we needed to prepare our meals.

Location 10 - Close to the old town, beach, shops... Accommodation 10 - very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Private parking is a BIG plus. Host 10 - prompt communication, great suggestion
