The entire experience, from pre arrival to the greeting upon check in to check out, it was all perfect! Great hospitality, clean and beautiful accomodation and wonderful breakfast made on site by local moms! Maiko san was extremely communicative upon booking and Shoko san was an amazing host, helping us with any questions and genuinely friendly. The house was great, but the staff made our stay exceptional!

We loved the beautiful service given to us. We can't speak highly enough of the help above and beyond our expectations and attention given to us mostly by Ham but of course Keimi as well. The facilities were good and we enjoyed cooking nice meals in the kitchen. The hot onsen too just what was needed often after skiing by the family. Words can't explain how much we appreciated. Beautiful and very spacious house! Very clean and cozy. We’ve spent here 5 nights and it was wonderful. Very hospitable and kind owner Kimura San who helps with everything.
