Service is exceptional- the staff could not have done more to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The views are breathtaking and you get to enjoy these each morning whilst eating a delicious breakfast made by the hotel chef.

The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious with a beautiful mountain view. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet still close to Kandy town. Everything was well organized and we felt very welcome.

The place is amazing, rooms have a beautiful view, food is great, staff is welcoming, Bryan was taking care of our every need - he cooked, served and toured us around the facility, no did not exist in his book. He made the stay truly wonderful. Also we had the help from Kumar who did not leave our side, he arranged driver to pick us up from the airport and tours of the city along with our final drop off at the next hotel. Huge thanks to those guys! We will definitely be back

- wonderful 100+ year old residence converted beautifully. - particularly great was the very modern bathroom and unique shower. - very helpful staff - meals freshly cooked if you want to eat in - laundry service - set above the city noise

Every aspect of our stay was simply exceptional. The e villa caretakers Ramya and Bandara were extremely friendly, supportive and informative. Amazing views all round and plenty of birds around.

The host is really nice and friendly. The apartment was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. They offered us a very delisious breakfast with our selction. Easy to find the location. Great stay overall.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kingston Court. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained, while the entire house is beautifully decorated with a lot of character. We really appreciated having access to the kitchen and dining areas, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect and very easy to navigate using PickMe or Uber. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the owner. He is an incredibly kind and genuine person who went out of his way to provide us with the best local recommendations and information. His hospitality made our visit to Kandy so much more special. Highly recommended!

I had a truly pleasant experience at this property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Bathrooms and washrooms were hygienic and maintained to a high standard. The tea and breakfast provided were fresh and of excellent quality. The location is ideal – quiet yet conveniently close to key areas in Kandy. Overall, it was a well-managed property offering great value for money. I would confidently recommend this place to both business and leisure travelers.
