Villas in Kumbor

It was a wonderful stay, we enjoyed it very much.

Secluded villa in a quiet corner close to Herceg Novi and a great base for exploring Boka Bay Area. Facilities and finish in the property to a very high level, pool and outdoor area fantastic. Bathroom and kitchen /living area a lovely space. The pool and outdoor area very classy and a great place to relax all day and a nice sunset over the mountains in the evening. A car not essential here as beach and village not too far away and taxis available readily to get in and out of Herceg Novi. Our host Nikola deserves a special mention he went over and above helping organise taxis and a private charter boat experience and his recommendations helped for our trip later on as we traveled around Montenegro. Best things can say is we’d come back and stay at Nikolas place again and recommend to friends.

Everything was optimal Milan was exceptional host he was arranging everything every detail the place was brilliant clean and looks new the view from the balcony or the terras unbelievable. Delicious fresh bakery fruits, lavazza coffee tea, auger water and soft drinks were available as a welcome for the host . Just enjoy you need nothing the place is few steps from the Porto and Main Street surrounded by fruit trees Milan offered me a nice gift and fresh apple pie last days that was very nice . It is the welcome attitude who make your staying unforgettable or bad , and I would say my vacation was exceptional because of the host attitude … he made my vacation the best thank you Milan we’ll be coming back no doubt.

Very spacious property, minutes from the beach and the old town. Very convenient for a large group.

Wonderful! We chose this house because of its location (right on the beach) and the view from the windows. We also liked the interior from the photo. And I must say that in reality everything is much better than in the photo. The house is located in a quiet tourist area, directly on the beach. The weather was beautiful and we took advantage of the SUP boards to ride around the bay. 2 boards are provided free of charge and you can ride as much as you want. But we took a tour with a guide who taught us riding techniques. Every evening we had a barbecue on the beach - it was wonderful! The inside of the house is very well furnished, I was especially pleased with the kitchen, as we love to cook ourselves. Everything is very convenient, a lot of dishes and various equipment. Directly next to the house (100 m) there is a market - fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, groceries. We rented a car and were free to move around. 3 km to a large supermarket. 10 km to the center of Tivat. We walked along the stunning sea there and sometimes had dinner in restaurants. We visited the old town of Kotor, 15 km. The owners of the house helped us create an itinerary, so there was no time to be bored! We are very grateful to Anna and Andrey! We visited Montenegro for the first time, and even in winter, but despite this, the vacation was 100% a success! We will definitely recommend this wonderful house and will return ourselves, but now in the summer!

Our stay at House Mila was really enjoyable! The house is equipped with everything you need and even more, it’s quite spacious and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The supermarket and bakery are in a walking distance, there are 2 beaches nearby and others within a short walk or 5 minutes ride (our favourite beach was in Meljine Sidro Beach, it’s 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi). Awesome beautiful place to stay! The apartment and outdoor space is so nice and everything is so well planned out! Lovely pool area to cool off in the afternoon. It is about 500 meters steep up from the boardwalk with a lot of restaurants and beaches. Easy to walk to the nice port of Porto Novi. The apartment is perfect, sparkling clean, in a great location overlooking the sea. The equipment is excellent, the bed is comfortable and everything about accommodation was more than sufficient. View from the balcony was amazing. You can sit and relax with cup of coffee in the morning and glass of local wine in the evening. Communication, cleanliness and friendliness of the host- everything was great! 100% recommend and plan to visit soon for extended stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Zoe! The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures – spacious, modern, and perfectly clean. It was ideal for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The kids had an amazing time – they loved the pool, the garden space, and the indoor play area with toys and games. It’s a very family-friendly place with everything you need when traveling with children. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings, the fully equipped kitchen, and the relaxing spa zone. The location is great – peaceful but close to the beach and local restaurants. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Staying at this house was wonderful! The views were stunning and the back deck was very private! The hosts were very nice and accomidating after a little admin mix up. Parking in front of the house was easy and free. We were met with refreshments on arrival. The top two floors are separated from the pool and bottom floor meaning you had to go outside to get down to the pool deck. This separation would be perfect for two couples for a private "apartment". Overall a wonderful stay!

Very small and tidy house which has everything you need for your stay if you are not looking for a luxury aspect of your summer holiday. Convenient location, close to the public beach and restaurants, quiet area overall.
