Breakfast was on your own. You could order breakfast trays with the manager and they were excellent . The host had a welcome basket for us upon arrival. The manager also baked us a cake as a good ye treat. She also arranged for our pick up closest to the villa for our prebooked boat tour.

View is beyond amazing. Lots of space. Just an amazing place to stay. Would stay here again (and again and again). Absolutely gorgeous!

f I could give more than 10 stars, I would! This villa is pure luxury wrapped in nature’s embrace. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most wonderful host, Zarklina – warm, helpful, and truly committed to making our stay perfect.The villa itself is stunning – beautifully designed with high-end finishes, immaculate cleanliness, and every detail thoughtfully considered. The pool is an absolute wow – crystal clear, perfectly positioned, and with breathtaking views that are simply unforgettable. We loved how peaceful everything was. No noise, just the sound of birds and the breeze!Waking up here felt like a dream, and leaving was truly hard. Thank you, Zarklina, for creating such a special place. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful! We chose this house because of its location (right on the beach) and the view from the windows. We also liked the interior from the photo. And I must say that in reality everything is much better than in the photo. The house is located in a quiet tourist area, directly on the beach. The weather was beautiful and we took advantage of the SUP boards to ride around the bay. 2 boards are provided free of charge and you can ride as much as you want. But we took a tour with a guide who taught us riding techniques. Every evening we had a barbecue on the beach - it was wonderful! The inside of the house is very well furnished, I was especially pleased with the kitchen, as we love to cook ourselves. Everything is very convenient, a lot of dishes and various equipment. Directly next to the house (100 m) there is a market - fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, groceries. We rented a car and were free to move around. 3 km to a large supermarket. 10 km to the center of Tivat. We walked along the stunning sea there and sometimes had dinner in restaurants. We visited the old town of Kotor, 15 km. The owners of the house helped us create an itinerary, so there was no time to be bored! We are very grateful to Anna and Andrey! We visited Montenegro for the first time, and even in winter, but despite this, the vacation was 100% a success! We will definitely recommend this wonderful house and will return ourselves, but now in the summer!

The house is very spacious and cozy and clean. It has its own pier where the guests can chill and swim (the chairs and umbrellas are available as well). The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's also barbecue that can be used on a balcony. The hosts are super friendly and nice. Among all the places we stayed at during our trip to Montenegro, this was the best. Thanks a lot!

The house is super cute, very clean, in a quiet area, just few steps from breathtaking view to Kotor city and the mountains. Our host Danka was great, very welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. 5+

A fabulous old house, sensitively restored and provided all the comforts that you could wish for. Superb location on the waterfront with views of Kotor. An excellent host.

Very cozy home on the bay convenient to restaurants and host was very attentive to us during our stay. He even arranged a boat tour for us and taxis when we were going out. The unit was very clean and had lovely views of the bay from the front rooms.

The property manager waited for us at the property to give us a key and explain everything about the house. The location it’s great close to restaurants and stores also walking distance to the center of the town. Th house is beautiful with a lot of character.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Glanz Antique Paradise. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having both a bathroom and a guest toilet made things very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the few espresso capsules were a nice extra touch. The yard was lovely, and there was a convenient parking spot by the villa. We also loved the charming antique decor throughout the villa. It really added a special, cozy touch that made the stay feel even more unique. The location was perfect - close enough to the old town (just 5 minutes by car or a scenic 20-minute walk), but far enough to avoid the crowds. Kotor’s old town can get quite busy and parking can be tricky, so this was a plus. The host provided useful info upon arrival, and was prompt and helpful in communication. Overall, the villa offered great value for the money, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kotor.

We had a great stay and would happily recommend this place. The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival much easier. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location with just a couple of minutes from the sea. Friendly host was very welcoming. The price was more than good i would recommend this place.
