Loved the pool and the way the whole complex has been designed, the perfect amount of small houses that are well equipped for a family. Service was exceptional and loved that you had the option to have food cooked for you or you had the facilities to cook for yourself.

Super place. Delightful service. Well kept. Totally fitted out with everything you need. The pool is awesome and the view is huge and beautiful.

During our recent stay at this charming apartment, nestled in a serene vineyard just a 15-minute walk from the center of Virpazar, we experienced a delightful blend of comfort and hospitality. Our host, Nikola, grew up in this home and, despite not living there anymore, he affectionately refers to it as "my home," highlighting the deep feelings and cherished memories he holds. The house, having been in his family for generations, is thoughtfully renovated, featuring decor that includes nostalgic items from Nikola’s grandmother. Nikola was incredibly warm and hospitable, treating us to his homemade brandy and even gifting us a bottle of Vranac wine crafted from the vines surrounding the house. The apartment, located on the first floor with convenient private parking out front, was spacious and inviting. We loved the open-plan layout that combined the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one generous space. The living room came with a smart TV, which added a nice touch for our entertainment. We also enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which offered a lovely spot to relax with a table and seating. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for our short stay, with a cooktop, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes. Additionally, a small room outside the apartment housed a washing machine and dryer, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, everything was extremely comfortable, the location was superb, and Nikola was an exceptional host, making our couple of nights there truly memorable.

Our stay was amazing! The houses are spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the center of Virpazar, or just a 4-5 minute drive by car. We took a 2-hour boat cruise that Stasa recommended, and it was fantastic! The scenery around Skadar Lake is breathtaking, and we saw many beautiful birds along the way. Stasa was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us at any time of day or night.

Great facilities outside of Virpazar. If you are looking for peace and silence, this is a perfect place. The owner is very nice and gave us a warm welcome.

Fantastic place. Ilia and his family were excellent hosts. It is just a short walk to the boat rides from Virpazar. Could not have been better.

Big clean apartment with all you need. The place is beautiful and pastoral. The host is super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed staying there.

one of the nicest places Ive stayed. wonderful location (if you want to be away from it all). perfect room with everything you need! the owners were so kind to supply me with bread, fruit, wine and water! very much appreciated!

- the cold river in less than 1 minute walk ( if you walk 300m up the river you will find good spot to even jump to the cold water; kids and locals use it) - the landlord is very friendly - fast internet (when I checked it was about 25Mbps) and I had 0 problem with it - the house itself is very cozy, and very well decorated - 2 ac (1 on each floor) - options for breakfast and dinners(for extra money indeed)

Easy check-in with helpful host. It was nice to meet him, apartment is in the vila on Skadar lake with really beatiful terrace and view! My recommendation is to try boat tour with host it was incredible !

Adorable cottage in the hills overlooking the lake. Peaceful and quiet. Host was great and easy to contact. Spotless and cozy with everything need for a getaway. We had been travelling for 6 weeks non stop so it was such a perfect place to rest and slow down. You do need a car.. that is part of the beauty of this spot.

This property is amazing and so peaceful. It’s extremely clean and has everything you need to be self-sufficient during your stay. There is a restaurant very close to the property with amazing food, and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Svetlana is an amazing hostess who puts a lot of pride and hard work into her property. We spent our mornings and evenings on the porch, enjoying the gorgeous views. The pictures can’t do it justice; it’s something you have to experience for yourself.
