Villas in Dunedin

Loved how close it was to shopping and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable.

I'm so glad we booked......A fabulous house for a group of family or friends, super comfy beds with electric blankets, comfy pillows and crisp linen. Thick luxurious warm carpets in all rooms and the heated bathroom floors are to die for. Lovely hot heaters in all bedrooms, bathroom heaters and heat pumps and double glazing too....so wonderfully warm and quiet on a windy, cold Dunedin night. The house is in a perfect location directly opposite the Cathedral and only a 2 minute walk to our venue at the Town Hall. There are some parking spaces on the street either outside or directly opposite so its easy to unload luggage etc which is super handy. Only a 2 minute walk to the Octagon itself where you'll find cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. Countdown supermarket is about a 8 minute walk away or the corner shop 2 mins away for those essentials, and the cafe next door to the house does great coffee Mon-Fri. What more can I say .... this is the house you should always book when in Dunedin. Next time we are singing in Dunedin we will 100% book again. All the very best. The northern sunshine through the front windows was wonderful on a sunny day, even if the wind was cold. We woke to bagpipes on 28/02. Very Scottish. The home was beautifully styled and had everything we needed.Loved the position. So close to everything.

This home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view from the living room and a convenient location on the Octagon. The days we were there, Dunedin was quite cool in the morning; the heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom made things much more cozy. Checking in and out was very easy--thank you!

The location is great, within walking distance to nice restaurants and sights. The property is clean and there were some toys for the kids to play with during our visit. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was fresh and very warm on a cold night. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and things you may need for some cooking. The fireplace was a lovely treat too! Very comfortable and warm.

Private, quiet,peaceful! The pictures do not do this property justice. Well appointed (but for no microwave). It had everything else, even bird seed for all of the feathered friends that occupied the beautiful gardens and trees that were on this property. The view of the sea from the floor to ceiling windows was incredible. Decorated with an artistic touch, this felt like a very cool home. They even offer up slippers/flip flops in different sizes for use. The wood burning stove was wonderful. We could have stayed here for much longer. Thank you LuLu for your wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.
