Nice place in a very lovely resort

the property was great as a first thought when entering, but unfortunately we found that certain areas lacked cleanliness and some stuff were broken.

Very clean brand new spacious villa, neat furniture, AC is everywhere and working well, all amenities in the kitchen available if you like cooking, speedy WiFi. Huge beautiful Landscape for walk lovers, many hotels and villas around and we had free access everywhere. Restaurant “Lobster” just in front of the villa. Rotana resort nearby (5 min walking) with beautiful and large area, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and beach. If you are planning to visit Rotana restaurant and bar, make sure you have the ID of the villa owner to get a discount. Small Grocery supermarket and many restaurants 15 min walking from villa.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with my family. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to the beautiful surroundings of Hawana. Our host was amazing – always available, very welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed any assistance.

The villa is big and it has everything you need. We were traveling with our toddler and it was so nice to have a high chair and a potty available. We even found toys for the pool in the yard. It is very close to the beach. The parking spot is just in front of the house. The pool was cleaned by someone everyday.
