Secluded private location. Huge wrap around deck with an awesome view of mountains.

It was a beautiful place! Very quiet and peaceful. Anne and Chris greeted us with a smile and checked in with us while doing their morning chores to make sure we were still enjoying everything. Hot tub was a big bonus! We would definitely book here again...just for longer next time.

The location is very good BUT it can take a long time to traverse the roads to get to places like Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Asheville. Don't let the 21 miles to Gatlinburg fool you, you have to go through the Parkway and it is often closed due to high winds, then you have to drive up to 123 miles to get to your destination. Asheville has roads out still due to the hurricane. Just plan accordingly. I didn't know this before I traveled. The cabin itself is cozy in a good way. It is just big enough to not feel cramped. The bedroom and living room are very good sizes. The kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. Nothing wrong with this, but if you are looking for these ameities, they aren't here. I will tell you that the maintainence man Elvis did a great job helping to fix an issue we had with the water heater the first day we were there. He was courteous, prompt, and super friendly. I have worked with Evolve (the managing company) in the past and they were great to work with again.

We had a girls trip (5 of us)-This was a Christmas trip for us. The house was decorated and felt very cozy. I think we were all completely surprised at the great detail the owner took in making sure our place fit all of our needs. She went above and beyond! She thought of everything and then some! The house was super clean, stocked with all types of coffee, apple cider, linens, towels and even had a cute little smores box loaded with graham crackers, chocolates and marshmallows! I cannot say enough good things to describe our stay! I highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back!
