THE VIEW!! Amazing property with stunning variety of fruit and nut trees that Aurelio had a vast knowledge of. Tasted fruits we hadn’t known existed! Kitchen is well stocked and supplied. This was a lovely home in Madalena with some historical background. The hosts were very responsive, the home lovingly cared for, and was decorated with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A perfect spot to explore Pico. The kitchen was well equipped, there is a small laundry (perfect!), a front porch and back patio, large tv, and a comfy bed. Everything you need in town is walking distance and there is ample parking across the street or on the street in front. I hope to come back to Pico and would 100% stay here again and I recommend a stay here to my fellow travelers.

The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Great view of Pico mountain. We enjoyed the yard as well and appreciated the attention the host put to prepare the space. The host is very kind and friendly. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Elizabete and Thelma are what make this property shine! Their breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had while traveling! Proactive correspondence before arrival, personal recommendations, property tours, and after hours responses were thoughtful and made our stay remarkable. The ability to have a little extra time on the property at the end of our stay was so appreciated!! We gladly spent a day poolside doing nothing and then explored the coastline on foot using the walking trails just across from the property. Not to be missed just down the street: Joe’s Bar! Right on the beach, May 1-Oct. 30. It was exceptional in every way. It was a traditional house with modern amenities. It was exceptionally well equipped for comfort. It had a complete kitchen, with everything one could need including spices! Helena made us feel very welcome and did so much research to answer all our questions.
