The stay was great! Location was about 3 or 4 blocks to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. Extra garbage bags, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker etc. Two fridges to store beer & wine and food. Our host was fantastic! The communication was quick and MaryAnn was very helpful when we had questions. Parking was tight but we were able to park on sight no problem.

The pictures of the property are amazing, but it's even better when you're there in person. It's hard to even describe how peaceful it felt being at this house. The way they decorated it is so pretty and super comfortable, but the views and surroundings are honestly mind blowing. Our whole group didn't want to leave and we're already planning a return trip when we can stay for at least a week. The host Rebekah was incredibly nice and helpful with a number of details that made our entry even smoother. I particularly loved how open and comfortable the kitchen and dining area was and the upstairs master bathroom was what dreams are made of. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We had an amazing stay! The house provides updates that made our stay comfortable while still maintaining its original adobe charm. This property gives you a flare of the old adobe house in New Mexico, with enough updates to feel very comfortable. Great location right off the Paseo, easy stroll to all the downtown restaurants and sights. Check-in was seamless, the studio is absolutely charming with southwestern decor, it's impeccably clean, has a comfortable King-sized bed, a big couch and dining area, a nice bathroom with a tub and beautiful tile work, and a functional small and fully stocked kitchen and private outdoor sitting/dining area to enjoy your mornings and afternoons. We stayed for 2 nights and regret we couldn't spend a few more days a this lovely casita. Highly recommended!

I wasn't able to go, but Sarah helped me adjust the reservation so my parents and brother could stay. Both my brother and my parents told me how great their stay was, that it was beautiful and comfortable. Sarah was so helpful getting them the information they needed and keeping me posted on the progress. If I get to Albuquerque again, I will definitely book this house again.
