It was just amazing west lake view horizon club top class a la carte breakfast...eveline did great job, front office Stomi, wanda zhang and susan Y were professional with personal touch ... god bless them ... exceptional service Shangrila mid town with no compassion... thanks a lot

Great location, great staff. Joey, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful in getting us a free upgrade to the king loft with other amenities. Kids loved the two floors and we enjoyed the huge living room too! Will definitely book again!

This new Four Seasons hotel in the center of Hangzhou offered us an exceptional experience, excelling in service, dining, facilities, and more. We stayed in this new Four Seasons hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment ! The buffet breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of gourmet dishes including Chinese and Western flavors that showcase both creativity and quality ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. Hotel facilities, including the rooms, garden, fitness center, spa, and pool, are modern, luxury and provide guests with all the amenities needed for both relaxation and recreation. Additional features such as responsive concierge, attentive staff in the restaurant and seamless check-in and check-out processes add to the comfort and ease of staying here. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard, delivering a well-rounded and satisfying experience that makes it a top choice for our future travels.

The location was excellent. Metro, big shopping complex, local eateries are all within 5-7 minutes walk. The hotel is spotless. The free laundry service is also much appreciated. The lobby has delicious free red dates tea. The shower was powerful.

The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

The hotel is next to a beautiful canal. The room is amazing. Service is also exceptional. We were treated very nicely by a staff, Miss Aria Tou. Her attitude is very polite and very helpful.

Breakfast was good with many options, free shuttle to the airport in 10mins, close to the subway that going directly to the city center

Great location. There is halal store just 2 mins walk. Supermarket and theatre beside the hotel.
