It’s clean and centrally located with a view on the harbor. The bed was very comfortable. The owner, Giovanni, is the kindest and most personable and hospitable proprietor.

Easy check in (even with late notice). There are several rooms in the apartment. We were lucky as not all rooms were occupied, so it was quiet. Room is clean, has air conditioning to control the temperature in the room. There is a little fridge in the room which was nice. In the common area there is a coffee machine and the water boiler to make tea. It is in the center of the town, but quiet.

The best! So cute, thoughtful amenities, great for kids...we wished we could have stayed longer. It was just lovely. Perfect place for exploring cince terra.

The host’s hospitality was exceptional in all aspects. In addition, he was kind enough to introduce us to the main attractions in La Spezia.

Check-in was really fast and easy. Location was perfect. The hotel is located a little bit above the city center I believe, so the reception is in the 5th floor but then you take the elevator to the ground floor where you can exit to go to the walkable area. In the ground floor is also the breakfast room, which had plenty of food, coffee, all kind of breads, sweets, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. Parking was right outside the hotel, which was great. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were very nice.

Our host, Anna, was very helpful and friendly. She was willing to explain us the main attractions in/ near the city. She even made it possible to check in earlier. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was complementary. The location was great. It is 10 min away from central station and very close to Cinque Terre.

Super friendly staff, they drove me to the train station when I couldn't get a taxi! And la spezia was great and lively town.

The host is so kind and generous, such a pure hearted woman she was so welcoming, gentle and understanding definitely recommend and will be back.
