This is in a old historic building that was tastefully redone with contemporary decor. Spotless and comfortable. The whole family that owns and runs the hotel were welcoming, anticipating our needs. They helped us navigate the national park website and booked us into a terrific restaurant that is hard to get into. There were thoughtful touches such as dishes and utensils for snacks and a tea kettle and espresso machine. The location was perfect, close to the historic district and restaurants while being a in a quite area without crowds. The breakfasts were spectacular and fresh. Hard to beat having cappuccinos on the terrace overlooking the sparkling sea. We recommend this place highly.

Easy check in (even with late notice). There are several rooms in the apartment. We were lucky as not all rooms were occupied, so it was quiet. Room is clean, has air conditioning to control the temperature in the room. There is a little fridge in the room which was nice. In the common area there is a coffee machine and the water boiler to make tea. It is in the center of the town, but quiet.

This place is just wonderful. The location is exceptional, in the middle of nowhere with an unforgettable view of the mountains. The room was super clean and the bed was very cosy and big enough for a baby to fit in the middle. The hosts are wonderful and kind people, they recommended us where to go and what to see, taking in account that we have a 6 month old baby and a stroller. Also recommended local restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was also very delicious, prepared every morning by the hosts themselves. We felt very welcome there. An amazing place to enjoy beautiful and relaxing countryside alone, with friends or family.

Perfect location, great hospitality, very clean, best value based on the price, if you have a car, their parking area is very convenient. They are very easy going because we parked our car before check in hour and also they let us to keep our car after check out.

The property is around 18 miles from Carrara Convention Center, a 4-minute walk from Stazione La Spezia Centrale, and 22 miles from Mare Monti Shopping centre.
