Beautiful property and the staff could not have been better!

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and accepted to a few requests regarding flexibility on check-in/out times, room cleaning times. The facilities are also great, with a swimming pool and a restaurant.

Peaceful location, 150-200m away from free parking lots. Wonderful pasta from the restaurant. High quality breakfast. Will recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.

The property is at an amazing location with the most gorgeous views of the lake including from the rooms. You can literally walk out of your room to a small private beach area and swim in the lake. The staff at the hotel was most courteous and helpful with all the requests. Loved the in house restaurant and the very friendly staff, with a good breakfast spread. Absolutely recommend this quaint property away from the crowded touristy areas for a serene vacation.

The view is amazing. Waking up with a very nice lake view makes you feel at peace. The position is very good, close to lots of places and near the ferry boat, so you can go anywhere.

Isa is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The location was absolutely perfect for a quick, gorgeous walk into town. Being able to stay in a home instead of a hotel is a perfect way to experience Bellagio.

I liked everything of the property! The staff was very friendly and helpful; they even have a dog that is so sweet! The location is at a walking distance from the downtown of Bellagio, which is perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the room that we stayed at was comfortable and clean! I highly recommend this property for couples.

The views from the apartment were beautiful. It was incredible waking up in the morning and smelling the fresh air and seeing the mountains from the balcony. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The host was responsive and helpful. The walk to the town was easy and around 15 minutes and also to the beach. We did not have a vehicle but there is parking available.

The room was very spacious. The staff is very friendly, offering the possibility to leave the car in the property after the checkout while we were visiting around. The breakfast is amazing with fresh products.
