Hotel Keindl meets all of my criteria: 1) Family run, 2) CLEAN, 3) Restaurant, 4) Bier Garden, 5) In-House Butcher Shop. I was very pleased on all counts, plus my room was large and very quiet. The included Breakfast has an excellent selection including some of their own meats ! Breakfast room is large and bright with plenty of room for moving around the breakfast offerings. There was a person on duty checking me in to the breakfast and directing me where to sit. Very helpful too. Dinner was very good. The servers were attentive and orders were correct. There is a Brass Band Headquarters/Clubhouse directly across the street from the Bier Garten, very convenient and they played from around 6pm till 9pm. A very nice plus ! Laundry service was excellent and a 1 day turn-around, plus very reasonably priced. Parking was available on-site and close to an access walkway you have access to with your room passkey. Staff speak English, and were very pleasant and helpful. They keep some very good candies in the tray/dish on the Reception counter.

Villa Verde is located just 1640 feet from Leopoldskron Castle and a 15-minute walk from Salzburg's Old Town. Free WiFi and free parking are available at this bed and breakfast.

One word: Amazing! Alex makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive, apart from being super friendly =) The place is really nice, the rooms and facilities are great, breakfast has everything you think of and Alex makes the best eggs, whatever way you like them. The location is great also, away from the craziness of town, but easily reached by bus or a nice walk (or by bike if you wish). Nice little touchs everywhere, definitely one of the best B&B's I have stayed at.

The location is unbeatable. Nestled in a serene and idyllic part of Neubeuern, it’s just a short walk to the charming town center and conveniently located near hiking trails and other attractions. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active adventure, this guesthouse provides the ideal base. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and activities in the area. I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough.
